Welcome to pditoolsales.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including equipment rentals, sales, repairs, and our "Rent-to-Own" program. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Services

PDI Rentals, Repairs, & Sales (operating as Peach Design Inc.) provides professional hardwood flooring equipment, supplies, and maintenance services. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

 

2. Equipment Rentals & "Rent-to-Own"

• Rental Period: Equipment is rented on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis as specified in your agreement.

  
  

   

• Condition: All tools are professionally maintained and inspected. You agree to return equipment in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear.

  
  

   

• Rent-to-Own: Participation in the Rent-to-Own program is subject to a valid driver’s license and a debit/credit card. While no credit check is required, you are responsible for all scheduled payments until the equipment is paid in full or returned in good condition.

  
  

   

3. Repairs & Trade-Ins

• Repair Liability: PDI is not responsible for secondary damages occurring during the testing or transport of used equipment brought in for service.

• Trade-Ins: All "Sell & Trade-In" offers are preliminary until physical inspection of the equipment at our Atlanta location.

4. Financing & Payments

We offer third-party financing through Klarna, ClickLease, and PayPal. By using these services, you agree to their respective terms and conditions. Quotes generated through our digital tools (including the "Instant LVP Floor Quote") are estimates and subject to final verification.

 

5. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Peach Design Inc., you agree to the following:

• SMS Consent & Privacy: The information and phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Types of Communications: You may receive text messages related to:

  • Equipment repair status and intake updates.

  • Invoices and billing inquiries.

  • Follow-up messages regarding flooring service quotes.

  • Appointment and scheduling reminders for local pickup/delivery.

  • Promotions or special offers regarding flooring materials and equipment sales.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your active projects or service requests. You may receive up to 4 SMS messages per week regarding your account or equipment status.

• Standard Disclosures: Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP". For assistance, text "HELP" or contact us through pditoolsales.com.

• Opt-In Methods: Consent may be provided verbally during a service call, by submitting an online form at pditoolsales.com or lvpfloorquote.com, or by checking the consent box on our digital intake forms.

6. Shipping & Returns

We provide nationwide shipping on most orders. Local pickup is available at our Atlanta (Sandy Springs) location.Returns on retail items are subject to a restocking fee unless the item is defective.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Peach Design Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment or services. Users assume all responsibility for the safe operation of professional flooring machinery.
