HydraSand Multi Head Sanding Disk 20"

The HydraSand 20 mounts to any rotary sander and utilize six 5” pads mounted to a thick steel plate. This unique multi head sanding disc incorporates a Dual Diameter Abrasion (DDA) head that improves sanding performance while reducing amp draw. This patent pending DDA technology ensures maximum sanding performance and allows longer runs between abrasive changes.

The six sanding pads are adhered to firm red foam, which allows for increased stock removal and superior leveling ability. The added weight of the heavy gauge steel adds considerable strength and durability, plus provides for a faster removal of material from the floor. An isolator/dampener provides superior user handling and reduces machine and operator motions from being transferred to the floor. This helps to prevent gouging on uneven floor surfaces.

The HydaSand 20 is compatible with American Sanders rotary machines as well as any other standard 20″ rotary sander.
